Christy Murry

Certifications: CHA Instructor Level 3 Western & Level 2 English

Christy never outgrew her childhood passion for horses. In her youth she read everything she could about horses and volunteered as a wrangler at a Girl Scout camp. She worked as a wrangler at Pine Cove Camps in Tyler, TX from 2004 to 2011 where she cared for a herd of 15 horses, taught arena classes, and guided trail rides. While at Pine Cove, Christy began taking dressage lessons which vastly improved her seat and technique. She continues to take dressage lessons today and participates in local shows.

Christy met her husband, Trent, at Pine Cove in 2010. After marrying in 2013, they moved to Nebraska where Trent worked on a cattle ranch and Christy taught K-12 art. In her free time, Christy “stole” Trent’s ranch horse and showed him in halter, western pleasure, and reining classes, earning a number of ribbons. Christy loves both English and Western riding and is so excited to share her passion with her students.

In her free time, Christy enjoys listening to worship music, caring for her chickens, and spending time with Trent and their dogs, Jed and Boot.

Isabel Brickner

Certifications: CHA Instructor Level 2 Western & Level 2 English

Isabel found her passion for horses as a child in the hills of Middle Tennessee and built her equine experience through years of riding lessons and competing in local shows. She relocated to NWA in 2023 in pursuit of an Environmental, Soil and Water Science degree at the University of Arkansas. She began teaching riding lessons at the local Girl Scout camp where she discovered that her pony passion also included sharing the wonderful world of horses with others. From 2024 to 2026, Isabel supported new equestrians of all ages in their journey to learn all about horses while also managing the camp’s 11 horses. Her teaching philosophy prioritizes meeting the rider where they’re at and working towards personal goals while also giving the utmost consideration for the four-legged half of the riding partnership.

Outside of lessons, you may find Isabel mountain biking, running, reading or playing with her foster kittens.

Addy Tunstill

Certifications: COMING SOON
Addy joined 180 Ranch in May of 2026. She is great with students and horses alike. As a teen, she guided trail rides at her grandfather’s camp, and today she continues to improve her horsemanship with weekly lessons and on-the-job experience. She is safe, conscientious, and ready to begin teaching the littlest cowboys and cowgirls. Addy is available to teach ages 2-5.

In her free time, Addy enjoys spending time with her family, digging into God’s word, and baking.

Trent Murry (Part Time)

Certifications: CHA Instructor Level 3 Western & Level 1 English
Specialties: Cutting, ranch riding

Originally from Oklahoma, Trent worked as a horse wrangler at Pine Cove Camps where he taught arena classes, guided trail rides, and met his wife, Christy. After Pine Cove, Trent apprenticed for Joe Heim, legendary cutting horse trainer and NCHA Triple Crown Champion, where he learned how to start colts and really put a handle on a horse. From 2013 to 2018, Trent worked on cattle ranches in the sandhills of Nebraska and added roping to his equestrian skillset. Trent and Christy moved to Northwest Arkansas in May 2018 to be closer to family. He enjoys teaching riders how to get the best out of their horses and is eager to share his knowledge with NWA. His relaxed and gentle teaching style helps his students feel at ease in the saddle.

When he’s not working with horses, Trent can be found fly fishing or duck hunting with friends.
